The front row.

ROW ONE is the model agency of THE GOOD STAFF. THE GOOD STAFF places hostesses, hosts, promoters and models from Frankfurt am Main for trade fairs, events and productions in Germany and Switzerland. Over the years the models developed a demand of their own: campaigns, lookbooks, shows, e-commerce. That calls for an agency of its own with its own board, its own castings and its own management. Since 2026 it has been called ROW ONE.

The name describes the ambition. Row One is the front row, the seats where the most important guests sit at a show. For our clients it means proposals that fit and one contact who knows the models. For our models it means few faces, personal management, fair contracts and no fees.

The board is deliberately small. We have met, measured and photographed every model ourselves. We book in 42 countries and work in German, English, French and Italian. Our base is Frankfurt; castings take place there, by video and in more than 500 European cities.

The two rings in the logo stand for the connection: model and client, ROW ONE and THE GOOD STAFF. They interlock without covering each other.
