What you can expect from ROW ONE and what we never do. For models, applicants, parents and clients.
ROW ONE is an international model agency based in Frankfurt am Main. For models this means: no fees, no lock-in contract, castings never in private homes, clear terms before every job and special rules for minors. Your likeness belongs to you, and AI variants are only made with your written consent. Here is what you can expect from us and how to spot fake scouts.
01Beware of fake scouts
- ROW ONE never asks for money: no fees for applications, photos, comp cards or courses.
- We never ask for nude or lingerie photos, and never for copies of ID or payment details.
- We only contact you through our official channels: office@rowonemodels.com, our phone number and our WhatsApp contact.
- Castings take place by video call, at our offices or at the production location, never in private homes.
- Not sure whether a message really comes from us? Call or write to us and we will check it for you.
02Our standards
- No lock-in contract: you can work exclusively with ROW ONE, but you don’t have to.
- Before every job it is clear what you do, for how long, for what fee and with which usage rights.
- You can turn down any job that doesn’t feel right to you, without consequences.
- We never pressure you to change your weight or your appearance.
- You report any misconduct on set directly to us. We take every report seriously and treat it confidentially.
03For parents: models under 18
- Applications are possible from 16 with parental consent.
- We speak with the parents before the first casting.
- Jobs for minors follow German youth employment law. Parents or an appointed chaperone can be present at any time.
- School comes first: we plan jobs around school and exam schedules.
04AI and your likeness
- Your face belongs to you. Digital doubles or AI variants of you are only created with your explicit written consent and for a separate fee.
- Clients use images of you only within the agreed scope. Training AI on your images is excluded without your consent.
- Transparency: some images on this website are AI-generated and do not show real people.
