ROW ONE is the model agency of THE GOOD STAFF. From Frankfurt am Main we have placed staff for brands, trade fairs and events for many years; the models now carry their own name. The board is deliberately small: faces we know personally, measurements that are right, availability we can guarantee. Bookings run across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the whole of Europe, always managed from one hand.

01How do I get proposals?
That depends on the brief: the more precisely you describe dates, location, looks and budget range, the sharper the selection. You receive the proposals in one overview with measurements, polaroids and availability, from which you can place options or request a casting directly. For short-notice productions, call us directly.
02What does a model cost?
A day rate plus usage rights, depending on the job, its duration and the media. You get every figure with the proposals, not after the casting. The day rate covers the work on set, the usage rights cover how the images are used. Travel and expenses are listed separately. After the production you receive one invoice from ROW ONE; we settle with the model.
03What are buyouts?
The fee for using the images: media, duration, territory. We propose a suitable package per project and secure the rights in the contract. Whether online shop, social media, print or out-of-home, one year or three, Germany or Europe: every combination has its price, and you know it before you book. Extensions are possible at any time.
04Do your models travel?
Yes, across Europe. Wherever possible we propose models from the region so that no travel costs arise. For productions away from home we organise travel and accommodation and align the times with your production schedule. Travel days and expenses are in the offer up front, so there are no surprises after the shoot.
05Do you also provide hostesses?
Hostesses, hosts and promotion staff come from THE GOOD STAFF, our sister brand. For trade fairs we combine both from one hand. You describe the stand, the duration and the tasks; we put together models for presentations and shows and the stand staff in one offer, with one contact person and one invoice.
06Do you work exclusively?
Part of the board is exclusive, other models also work with partner agencies. For you, the contract and the care always run through ROW ONE. That means one contact for inquiry, option and booking, binding conditions and one settlement, regardless of whether the model is exclusive with us or not.
