Become a model at ROW ONE.
We are looking for new faces for fashion, commercial, e-commerce and shows: in Frankfurt, across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Europe. You do not need experience, you do need reliability. The application takes five minutes, costs nothing and is always answered.

Daylight, no filters, no make-up, no sunglasses, no studio needed. A smartphone is enough.
Safety
How we work.
- Applying and joining are free of charge.
- No fees for comp cards, photos, courses or placement. We earn a commission on booked jobs.
- No lock-in contract: you can work exclusively with ROW ONE, but you don’t have to. Other agencies and your own jobs remain possible.
- We never ask for ID copies or payment details.
- Castings take place by video call, in our rooms or at the production site, never in private homes.
- With minors we always talk to the parents.

Questions
What applicants ask us.
01Do I need experience to apply?
No. Most of our models started without experience. What matters are natural photos, honest measurements and time for castings and jobs.
02Does applying cost anything?
No, never. ROW ONE earns a commission on booked jobs, not from applicants.
03Do I have to work exclusively with ROW ONE?
No. Nobody signs a lock-in contract with us. You can work exclusively with ROW ONE if you want to, but you don’t have to. We talk about it openly when we meet.
04How tall do I have to be?
For fashion there are guide values (women from about 172 cm, men from about 183 cm). For commercial and e-commerce height is more open. Send us your photos; we will tell you honestly what you are right for.
05From what age can I apply?
From 18 directly. Between 16 and 17 with your parents' consent; we contact them before the first casting. Jobs for minors follow youth employment protection law.
06Do I have to come to Frankfurt?
Not to apply. The first step is a video call. Castings take place by video call, in Frankfurt or at the production site.
07Can I model part-time?
Yes. Many models work alongside their studies or job. Tell us your availability and we plan jobs accordingly.
08Will I hear back?
Once we have looked at your photos and details. If it is not a match, we say so too, briefly and honestly.
09What does a model earn?
That depends on the job, its duration and the usage. In the journal we explain day rates and buyouts; concrete figures are discussed when we meet.
