Become a model in Arad
Becoming a model in Arad starts at ROW ONE with four photos and your measurements. The application takes five minutes, application and admission are free, and we answer every application. Castings take place by video call, in our rooms in Frankfurt or at the production site; jobs come up in Arad, in the region and across Europe.
Why Arad
The agency grew out of THE GOOD STAFF, which has staffed events for years. We know what clients book, and we only take models we can actually place. That is why the board is small and the jobs are real.
Our board is diverse: fashion, commercial and classic, women and men from 16 to over 60. If you are not sure whether you fit, apply anyway; we would rather look twice than miss a face.

Frequently asked
01Do I need experience to apply from Arad?
Experience is not a requirement. What counts: four natural photos, correct measurements and the willingness to travel to castings and productions.
02Does the application cost anything?
Nothing. We never charge for comp cards, photos or courses; if someone does, it is not us.
03How tall do I need to be?
Guide values: women 172 to 181 cm, men 184 to 192 cm for fashion. For commercial and e-commerce we book outside these ranges as well.
04What does a model earn?
Day rates depend on the category and the usage: e-commerce days at the lower end, campaigns with buyouts at the upper end. Our commission is stated in the contract.
05Do you also represent men?
Men are welcome; many jobs in Arad and in the region are for mixed line-ups.
06Can I model part-time?
Yes. Many of our models study or work. Tell us your availability early and we book around it.
07Will I hear back?
We read every application in Arad and answer each one, with a clear yes or no.
08Do I have to come to Frankfurt?
Not for the application. The first conversation is a video call; castings happen in the region or in Frankfurt, reachable by plane or train.
