Become a model in Berlin
Becoming a model in Berlin starts at ROW ONE with four photos and your measurements. The application takes five minutes, application and admission are free, and we answer every application. Castings take place by video call, in our rooms in Frankfurt or at the production site; jobs come up in Berlin, in the region and across Europe.
Why Berlin
The agency grew out of THE GOOD STAFF, which has staffed events for years. We know what clients book, and we only take models we can actually place. That is why the board is small and the jobs are real.
What we look for in Berlin: natural photos, honest measurements, time for castings and jobs. What we do not need: a portfolio, a course certificate or a fee. We take care of the first pictures ourselves.

Berlin produces commercials and series. For models from the city there are regular moving-image castings alongside photo jobs.
In the capital in Germany models are booked for editorial, advertising and events; demand is broad, and so is the competition. We place selectively, not in bulk.
Online retailers and studios in Berlin produce looks every day. E-commerce jobs are predictable, paid per day and ideal for models who work alongside studies or a job.
Travel and support
From Berlin it is 424 kilometres to our office, a few hours away by train. Most steps happen online; for polaroids and castings we find a date that fits your schedule.

Frequently asked
01Do I need experience to apply from Berlin?
Experience is not a requirement. What counts: four natural photos, correct measurements and the willingness to travel to castings and productions.
02Does the application cost anything?
Nothing. We never charge for comp cards, photos or courses; if someone does, it is not us.
03How tall do I need to be?
Guide values: women 172 to 181 cm, men 184 to 192 cm for fashion. For commercial and e-commerce we book outside these ranges as well.
04From what age can I apply?
From 18 directly. Between 16 and 17 with your parents' consent; we contact them before the first casting.
05What happens at the first casting?
We talk about your availability and goals, take polaroids and measurements, and explain the next steps. No test shoot, no fee.
06Will I get a comp card?
Your comp card is generated from your board profile and available as a PDF to every client.
07Which photos should I send?
Phone photos are fine. We need to see you, not a production: daylight, neutral background, fitted clothes, no edits.
08Will I hear back?
With a clear yes or no, once we have looked at your photos. If yes, we propose a date for the video call.
