Frequently asked
01Do I need experience to apply from Grenoble?
Experience is not a requirement. What counts: four natural photos, correct measurements and the willingness to travel to castings and productions.
02Does the application cost anything?
No. Application, admission and first polaroids are free. We earn a commission on jobs, never from you.
03How tall do I need to be?
Guide values: women 172 to 181 cm, men 184 to 192 cm for fashion. For commercial and e-commerce we book outside these ranges as well.
04Will I hear back?
With a clear yes or no, once we have looked at your photos. If yes, we propose a date for the video call.
05Do I have to come to Frankfurt?
Only if it suits you. From Grenoble the interview happens online, polaroids follow our guide, castings take place where the jobs are.
06Do you also represent men?
Men are welcome; many jobs in Grenoble and in the region are for mixed line-ups.
07Do I have to be exclusive with ROW ONE?
No. Exclusivity is an option we discuss once you have worked with us; it is never a condition for admission.
08What happens at the first casting?
We talk about your availability and goals, take polaroids and measurements, and explain the next steps. No test shoot, no fee.
