01Do I need experience to apply from Hildesheim?

No. Application, admission and first polaroids are free. We earn a commission on jobs, never from you.

04What about my photos and data?
Your data stays with us and is deleted after the process if we do not work together. Nothing is shared without your agreement.
05Do I have to come to Frankfurt?
Only if it suits you. From Hildesheim the interview happens online, polaroids follow our guide, castings take place where the jobs are.
06Do I have to be exclusive with ROW ONE?
No. Exclusivity is an option we discuss once you have worked with us; it is never a condition for admission.
07What does a model earn?
Fees are agreed per job and paid after the production. We negotiate the rate, you see the figures before you accept.
