01Do I need experience to apply from Oldenburg?
No. Most of our models started without experience. What matters is natural photos, honest measurements and time for castings and jobs.
02Does the application cost anything?
Nothing. We never charge for comp cards, photos or courses; if someone does, it is not us.
03How tall do I need to be?
Guide values: women 172 to 181 cm, men 184 to 192 cm for fashion. For commercial and e-commerce we book outside these ranges as well.
04Do I have to come to Frankfurt?
Only if it suits you. From Oldenburg the interview happens online, polaroids follow our guide, castings take place where the jobs are.
05Do you also represent men?
Men are welcome; many jobs in Oldenburg and in the region are for mixed line-ups.
06What about my photos and data?
Your data stays with us and is deleted after the process if we do not work together. Nothing is shared without your agreement.
07What does a model earn?
Fees are agreed per job and paid after the production. We negotiate the rate, you see the figures before you accept.
08Do I have to be exclusive with ROW ONE?
No. Exclusivity is an option we discuss once you have worked with us; it is never a condition for admission.
