Why Paris

ROW ONE is the model agency of THE GOOD STAFF, based in Frankfurt. We book models for productions across Europe, including Paris and the region, and we are open to applicants who have never modelled before.

You live in Paris and want to work as a model? ROW ONE is looking for new faces across France: for fashion, commercial, e-commerce and shows. You do not need experience, but you do need reliability. The application takes five minutes and costs nothing.

Paris is a fashion capital; working here as a model takes availability and nerves for last-minute castings. We filter the requests and only send what fits.

Paris is an e-commerce location: if you keep stable sizes and manage 80 looks a day, you will find regular studio days here.

In the luxury segment in Paris restraint and precision count; we place models who fit that selectively.

Travel and support

Applicants from France are welcome. From Paris everything up to the first casting happens online; jobs are in France and in Germany, with travel paid by the client.

Safety

  • Application and admission are free. We never charge for comp cards, photos or courses, never ask for ID copies or payment details, and castings take place by video call, in our rooms or at the production site, never in private flats. With minors we always speak to the parents.

    We take polaroids and measurements, discuss contract and availability. Then it begins.

Frequently asked

01Do I need experience to apply from Paris?

No. Most of our models started without experience. What matters is natural photos, honest measurements and time for castings and jobs.

02Does the application cost anything?

No. Application, admission and first polaroids are free. We earn a commission on jobs, never from you.

03How tall do I need to be?

For fashion, women from about 172 cm and men from about 184 cm. Commercial and classic have no fixed limits; the face and the presence matter more.

04What happens at the first casting?

A conversation, polaroids, measurements, a short walk. It takes about an hour, by video or in person.

05Will I get a comp card?

Yes, once you are on the board. The comp card is produced by us, free of charge, and updated with every new set of pictures.

06From what age can I apply?

From 18 without further ado, from 16 with parental consent. There is no upper limit: classic models over 40 are in demand.

07Can I model part-time?

Yes. Many of our models study or work. Tell us your availability early and we book around it.

08Which photos should I send?

Phone photos are fine. We need to see you, not a production: daylight, neutral background, fitted clothes, no edits.
