06Do I have to be exclusive with ROW ONE?
No. Exclusivity is an option we discuss once you have worked with us; it is never a condition for admission.
07What happens at the first casting?
A conversation, polaroids, measurements, a short walk. It takes about an hour, by video or in person.
08Do I have to come to Frankfurt?
Only if it suits you. From Wakefield the interview happens online, polaroids follow our guide, castings take place where the jobs are.
