Become a model
Become a model in Munich
Becoming a model in Munich starts at ROW ONE with four photos and your measurements. The application takes five minutes, application and admission are free, and we answer every application. Castings take place by video call, in our rooms in Frankfurt or at the production site; jobs come up in Munich, in the region and across Europe.
Why Munich
The agency grew out of THE GOOD STAFF, which has staffed events for years. We know what clients book, and we only take models we can actually place. That is why the board is small and the jobs are real.
Munich is 304 kilometres from our Frankfurt office, a few hours away by train. The first conversation happens by video call; castings and polaroids are done in the region or in Frankfurt, depending on what is easier for you.

Munich in numbers
Why Munich
For models from Munich the fairs (ISPO, bauma, IAA Mobility and Munich Fabric Start) are fixed dates in the calendar: product presentations, shows on the stand, content for social media.
For corporate productions in Munich we look for commercial and classic models who come across as credible and approachable.
In a city the size of Munich there are studios, agencies and productions all year. For models from the region that means regular castings, jobs without long journeys and the chance to work in e-commerce, commercial and fashion at the same time.
Travel and support
From Munich it is 304 kilometres to our office, a few hours away by train. Most steps happen online; for polaroids and castings we find a date that fits your schedule.

Questions
Frequently asked
01Do I need experience to apply from Munich?
Experience is not a requirement. What counts: four natural photos, correct measurements and the willingness to travel to castings and productions.
02Does the application cost anything?
Nothing. We never charge for comp cards, photos or courses; if someone does, it is not us.
03How tall do I need to be?
Guide values: women 172 to 181 cm, men 184 to 192 cm for fashion. For commercial and e-commerce we book outside these ranges as well.
04Which photos should I send?
Four natural photos: face front, face profile, full body front, full body side. Daylight, plain clothes, no make-up, no filters.
05Are there jobs in Munich?
Yes. Clients in Munich and in Augsburg, Ingolstadt and Innsbruck book through us; campaigns and shows also take you to Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne.
06Will I get a comp card?
Yes, once you are on the board. The comp card is produced by us, free of charge, and updated with every new set of pictures.
07Do I have to be exclusive with ROW ONE?
No. Exclusivity is an option we discuss once you have worked with us; it is never a condition for admission.
08Do you also represent men?
Yes. The board has a men's division with the same categories: fashion, commercial, classic.
