Become a model in Sofia
Becoming a model in Sofia starts at ROW ONE with four photos and your measurements. The application takes five minutes, application and admission are free, and we answer every application. Castings take place by video call, in our rooms in Frankfurt or at the production site; jobs come up in Sofia, in the region and across Europe.
Why Sofia
ROW ONE is the model agency of THE GOOD STAFF, based in Frankfurt. We book models for productions across Europe, including Sofia and the region, and we are open to applicants who have never modelled before.

Frequently asked
01Do I need experience to apply from Sofia?
Experience is not a requirement. What counts: four natural photos, correct measurements and the willingness to travel to castings and productions.
02Does the application cost anything?
No. Application, admission and first polaroids are free. We earn a commission on jobs, never from you.
03How tall do I need to be?
Guide values: women 172 to 181 cm, men 184 to 192 cm for fashion. For commercial and e-commerce we book outside these ranges as well.
04Do you also represent men?
Yes. The board has a men's division with the same categories: fashion, commercial, classic.
05From what age can I apply?
From 18 without further ado, from 16 with parental consent. There is no upper limit: classic models over 40 are in demand.
06What about my photos and data?
Application photos are stored in private storage, not on the website, and deleted if we do not take you on. Board photos are published only with your consent.
07Do I have to come to Frankfurt?
Only if it suits you. From Sofia the interview happens online, polaroids follow our guide, castings take place where the jobs are.
08What does a model earn?
Fees are agreed per job and paid after the production. We negotiate the rate, you see the figures before you accept.
