ROW ONE provides models for fashion, commercial, e-commerce, runway and showroom. You do not get mass proposals but a selection that fits the brief, the budget and the dates, with measurements, polaroids and availability. Managed from Frankfurt, working across Europe.

01Fashion & editorial
Campaigns, lookbooks, magazine stories. Models with a walk and an expression who can carry a style without covering it. On request we put together castings by video or on site and coordinate fittings with your team.
02Commercial & advertising
Advertising shows people who could be your customers. We propose models who match the target group: natural, approachable, experienced in front of stills and motion cameras. Buyouts are calculated per medium and term.
03E-commerce & lookbook
Online shops produce to a rhythm. Our e-commerce models know studio routines, keep their sizes stable and get through 60 to 120 looks a day. Multi-day productions are planned with fixed teams.
04Runway & show
Catwalk, presentations, showrooms. Models with walk, timing and presence, experienced in fittings and quick changes. For fashion weeks and brand events we provide complete line-ups.
05Fitting & showroom
For sample checks, collection appointments and order weeks we provide fitting models with stable measurements and experience with design teams. Regular appointments are booked as a series.
06Events & trade fairs
Models for exhibition stands, product presentations and brand events. Hostesses, hosts and promotion staff come from THE GOOD STAFF; for combined teams there is one contact for both.

How we work
Cast in three steps.
- 01Brief
You send us the project, dates, looks and budget range, ideally with a shortlist from the board.
- 02Selection
You receive proposals with measurements, polaroids and availability. Casting or option on request.
- 03Booking
A contract with every condition, travel and on-set care handled by us, one invoice after the production.
Conditions
Transparent before you book.
Our day rates depend on the kind of job, the model's experience and the duration. Usage rights (buyouts) are agreed by medium, term and territory; standard packages for web, social and print are available. Travel costs only arise when no suitable model from the region is available, and are billed against receipts. We hold options free of charge. Cancellations are free up to the deadline set in the contract; after that half the day rate applies, on the day of production the full rate. 01How do I get proposals?
After your brief we go through the board and send a selection with measurements, polaroids and availability for your date. For short-notice productions, call us in the morning.
02What does a model cost?
That depends on the kind of job, the duration and the usage. We name day rates and buyouts with the proposal, transparently and without hidden items. Travel costs do not apply for models from the region.
03How does a booking work?
Brief, proposals, option, confirmation. You receive a contract with all conditions, we take care of travel and on-set support, and after the production there is one invoice.
04Do you also provide hostesses for trade fairs?
Hostesses, hosts and promotion staff come from THE GOOD STAFF, our sister brand. For stands with models and hostesses we combine both teams from one hand.
